Webafrica FTL!
As some of you know, I’ve been up in Jhb helping out a good friend of mine getting her business site up and running. Webafrica hosts this site and despite calling numerous times to their horrid call centre, emailing them only to receive the same reply, I am still waiting on the details I need in order to load the domain onto wordpress.org
I’m at a loss as to what I should do. Do you have any contacts / suggestions for me? I need to get this done now, my friend is growing impatient and I have had a bit of a sense of humour failure about it.
Webafrica hasn’t missed this one by a ball hair, its more like a russian frikking armpit!

Can’t help unfortunately, but you have my deepest sympathy. I am having a battle with my insurance at the moment. Customer Service in SA sucks!
Perhaps they should shave. Don’t judge, it’s all I got.

Webafrica can kiss my ass right now. I’ve been waiting for them to sort out my hosting for a month. Emailed them a couple of times, been assured it would be sorted out and…still waiting.
Actually had a bit of a melt down about it this morning. The boyf is going to try and call them today.
Now I would have their product managers phone number for you since he’s my bosses next door neighbour…but my boss won’t give me the number.

BTW you can control your .co.za domain DNS fully and real time through our Client Zone (which seemed to be a problem according to your last WebAfrica post). Yo Shebee. Phone them, and request to speak to Aziz or Daniel Hendler(hosting manager and hosting support). They should be able to sort you out.
Sometimes one just gets crappy support from a crappy person.
However, there are good okes there that work hard, are extremely helpful, and respond with sense.

WordPress installation is usually quite easy so there might be a weird issue with the hosting environment. Let me know if you still need any help.
