    If you have a smoothie maker, mix 2 fruit together with some water. Works well and tastes way better than meal replacements.

    So I dunno if not eating all the pies has made me lose any weight, per se, but I can definitely feel my jean pant are a bit looser. Win!

    Good Luck… “eating plans” are very hard to stick to… But I am sure before you know it you will have achieved your goal šŸ™‚

    I too embarked on one of those nasty nazi regimes last week and I am pleased to report I lost a week..
