I miss the days where our life problems were solved via Skype conversations.

I remember the day you heard me tell you that thing about that thing that I thought would never work and that I didn’t see much value in it.  Yeah, well now that thing rules my life and you laugh about it constantly.

I wish I had not gone to that thing this holiday but came to you instead for a day.

I regret us never being able to open the door and boil the kettle instead of having to pick up the phone or send a DM.

I want for me to know the real life image of your daughter in her grown up state today, instead of remembering her in her two year old state from then.

Sometimes Facebook and technology are not enough.

Today, I wish you were sitting with me on this beach.
